Art hanging in gallery

“Crumpled Canvases” is a full mixed new media experience involving several art and tech disciplines. They are an example of how traditional and digital media both depend on each other - presented as a playful twist on paintings on canvas.

Hand-painted, torn, crushed and sculpted everyday paper towels are made as small temporal sculptures which transform into greatly magnified object portraits through a process of high resolution photography and digital imaging. Every nuance of fiber and paint is larger than life, dripping with detail.
