Urban Redux is a pop-influenced “new media meets the streets” series of artworks – reimagined creations of urban transience influenced by the interaction of graffiti over time. They are a spontaneous mash up of photographic and digitally painted visual material collected from city streets including textures, spray paint, tags, stickers, cement, peeling layers, diamond plate, etc., mixed with original digital painting. Each artwork is named for the street the source material is taken from.
